In 2023, Man Group, the global, technology-empowered active investment management firm, formed a strategic partnership with leading private Italian bank Fideuram – Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking (F-ISPB).
The partnership combines the strengths of both firms. Man Group, founded in 1783, is dedicated to applying its expertise and technology to deliver returns for clients while F-ISPB brings a long track record servicing financial advisers and private banking clients, as well as a deep knowledge of the local market.
As part of the strategic partnership, Man Group took a majority interest in Asteria Investment Managers, a Geneva-based, ESG-oriented asset manager owned by F-ISPB.
